Every year, HAPIC ends and starts the year with intense prayers. Our “DECREE SEASON” is a weekend to be remembered. We have witnessed people coming from many parts of the USA and the world just to attend this program. In this season of prayer and prophetic release, we intensely seek the Lord and then scatter the works of the kingdoms of hell. We also decree (design) our new year. The bible says “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways” (Job 22:28). We have to decree things into our new year.
